Once we have found a deal that fits your criteria, we will send you a full appraisal report and start the negotiations on your behalf. During this process will we map out 3 exit strategies going forward to manage any risk.

Step 4

COMPLETION

We will hand over the conveyancing to our solicitors who can complete within 3 weeks and the deal has been agreed. Now you are ready to get your investment on the Market. We are able to offer full refurbishment management and tenant sourcing for up to 3 Years giving your property a guaranteed rent, Truly making this a Hands off way to invest. .
